Six summers in the making
Our story

How we got here

We met on a trail crew above Lake McDonald in 2019. Jonah was the one who packed too many snacks, and Mara was the one who noticed. Six summers, one very cold proposal at Hidden Lake Overlook, and a rescue dog named Huckleberry later, here we are.

We are getting married in the place that made us, and we want you there for all of it: the bonfire, the vows, the dancing under the tent, and the pancakes the morning after.

The drive is part of the gift

Fly

Glacier Park International (FCA) is about 30 minutes from West Glacier. Late June flights fill with park traffic, so book early.

Stay

We are holding cabins and rooms near West Glacier for Friday and Saturday. The booking link comes with your RSVP confirmation.

Ride

Parking at the lake is tight. A shuttle runs from West Glacier before the ceremony and after the last dance.

Questions

Can I bring a plus one?

If your invitation says "and guest," absolutely. We kept the list small so we could feed everyone well, so please bring only the guests named on your invitation.

Are kids invited?

Kids named on your invitation are welcome, and there is a sitter tent with lawn games during dinner.

What if it rains?

The tent sides drop and the ceremony moves under it. Mountain weather has a sense of humor, so we planned for it.

Will there be wildlife?

It is Glacier, so maybe. Stay on the lawn and paths after dark, and the shuttle drivers carry bear spray.

Is there a wedding app?

Yes. Sign in with your name and the code on your invitation to see your table, your dinner, the shuttle times, and to share your photos with us.
