Luxe Design is a specialty agentic tool for real estate professionals. Upload a photo of an empty room, pick a design direction, get back a staged rendering in under a minute. Twelve curated style presets cover modern, mid-century, transitional, farmhouse, coastal, and several others. Each rendering keeps the room's true geometry and lighting and only changes the contents.

Stripe metered billing, Supabase auth and history, Replicate for the generation pipeline, Next.js for the UI. The whole product is one screen plus a billing flow. That is the right scope.

Outcome

Agents stage every listing now because the price went from $3K to less than a dollar and the turnaround went from a week to a minute. The listings sell faster. The agent looks pro. The math finally works.
