Brand / Rebrand

A logo file is not a brand.

A brand is what a customer sees, hears, and reads in the first ninety seconds, and it either all says one thing or it says nothing. We design the identity once, then put it on the site, the phone, the print, and the plan in the same three weeks. You own every file on launch day.

Set prices · Three weeks · Changes included · You own every file

Brand

Starting from a blank page.

A new company, a second venture from an operator who already runs one, or a product line that needs its own name. Naming is included. Week one is discovery of a business that is about to exist.

Rebrand

Starting from what works.

A company whose work is better than its brand. Keep the name or change it; either way the old URLs, listings, and search history hand off cleanly. Week one is discovery of a business that already exists.

Same deliverables, same prices. The only thing that changes is where the first week starts.

The first ninety seconds

A customer meets your brand three ways. We ship all three.

Sees

The mark on the truck, the site on their phone, the card on the counter. One look, everywhere.

Hears

The voice that answers the phone at 9pm, in the tone you chose, saying the name the way you say it.

Reads

The tagline, the quote email, the review ask, the proposal. Written in one voice, by one hand.

How the market sells it

  • A designersells the mark
  • An agencysells the site
  • A copywritersells the voice
  • A consultantsells the deck
  • Nobodysells the phone

Five vendors, six months, and the mark, the site, and the way the phone gets answered never agree with each other. Here it is one identity, decided once, pushed into every surface in the same three weeks.

Three packages

Each one contains the one before it.

Fixed before work starts. Half to begin, half on delivery. Changes to anything we built are included, with no change order, ever.

Start with Whole Company

Presence and Whole Company hand off into The Talking Website: your site and your voice agent off one brain. The setup fee is waived because the brand build covered it. Never the monthly.

How the three weeks run

Designed once. Live everywhere.

  1. Week 1

    Discovery and directions.

Kickoff call, intake packet, competitor sweep. Three moodboard directions on day five. You pick one and we refine it until it is right.

  2. Week 2

    The identity, locked.

Logo system, color, type, mascot, voice sheet, brand book. Site copy drafted in the new voice. The voice agent cast and scripted. The redirect map drafted for a rebrand.

  3. Week 3

    Every surface, live.

Site deployed to your domain. Agent on your line. Command Center handed over. Google profile, email templates, the spot, the social kit, the launch copy. Launch day: you own everything.

  4. Month 2+

    The Talking Website monthly.

Unlimited site edits, 500 answered minutes, hosting, domain, care. Changes to the brand stay free.

Questions owners ask

Straight answers.

Is BRAND different from REBRAND?+

Same package, same prices. BRAND starts from a blank page and includes naming. REBRAND starts from what you have, audits the name, and adds a redirect and search migration so nothing findable breaks when the new identity goes live.

What if I do not like the first direction?+

You see three directions in week one and pick one. Refinement on that direction is included until it is right. Changes to anything we built are included, always, with no change order.

Do I need a mascot?+

Only if it fits. A trade business with a memorable character on its trucks and its phone line gets remembered. A law firm does not need one. We tell you which you are in discovery and build accordingly.

Who owns the files?+

You do. Source files, the repo, the deploys, the accounts, the documentation. On launch day they are in your name, not ours.

What is the monthly for?+

Presence and Whole Company hand off into The Talking Website: your site and your voice agent running off one brain, with unlimited edits, 500 answered minutes a month, hosting, and care. The $497 setup fee is waived because the brand build covered it. The monthly starts in month two.

What is not included?+

Trademark filing (we supply the name and mark, your attorney files it), physical signage and wrap installation (we deliver print-ready files and a vendor spec), paid ad spend, photography of your team, and legal entity or DBA changes.

How do I pay?+

The price is fixed before work starts. Half to begin, half on delivery. Month two starts the monthly.

Your work is better than your brand. Fix that in three weeks.

A 30-minute discovery call. You tell us what the business is and where it is going. We tell you which package it is and the exact price. No line of work starts before you see the number.
