The best white label AI voice agent platforms for agencies in 2026

The best white label AI voice platform for an agency depends on how much building you want to do and whose bill your clients see. HighLevel suits agencies already running clients on it: Voice AI is added per client from $50 a month, and rebilling with a markup needs its $497 Agency Pro plan. Trillet, Autocalls, VoiceAIWrapper and Stammer AI are self-serve white label platforms that publish their agency plans, from $99 a month at Trillet and Stammer AI to $499 at VoiceAIWrapper, plus per-minute usage. My AI Front Desk lets you resell its finished receptionist, and Synthflow sells enterprise-scale voice through sales. We, Modern Mustard Seed, publish this guide and run a White Label Program where we build and run the agents under your name. Ask every vendor what happens to a client's phone number if you leave: on the pages we read, none of the seven platforms says. Every fact below was read from each company's own site on October 26, 2026.

01 · Best for an agency that already runs its clients on HighLevel

HighLevel

An all-in-one CRM and marketing platform for agencies. Voice AI is one of its AI Employee products, switched on per client sub-account; the agent books into HighLevel calendars and creates or updates HighLevel contacts during the call.

Strengths

  • Your logo and branding on the desktop web app and custom domains, "not HighLevel's," per its pricing page.
  • Resell AI Employee at a client price you set, and rebill Voice AI usage with a markup or a fixed per-minute rate.
  • Choose the model behind the agent (Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT or Anthropic Claude) and OpenAI, Cartesia or ElevenLabs voices.

Watch for

  • Rebilling AI usage with a markup needs the $497 a month Agency Pro plan.
  • Phone charges sit on top of every Voice AI plan, and Voice AI works only on LC Phone or Twilio numbers.
  • At a fixed client rate, you still owe HighLevel its underlying cost, whatever the client pays.

PriceAgency plans $97, $297 and $497 a month. Voice AI per client: AI Employee Growth $50 a month (100 minutes), Unlimited $97 a month (fair use), or pay per use from $0.045 a minute plus voice, model and phone charges. White label mobile app $497 a month extra.

02 · Best for a self-serve white label receptionist with published agency plans

Trillet

An Australian-owned voice AI platform whose self-serve white label plans let an agency brand, build and bill AI receptionists. Paste a client's website and it drafts a trained voice agent ready to answer calls.

Strengths

  • Your logo, name and colors, and on the Agency plan your own domain and branded emails; clients "never see Trillet."
  • Connect your own Stripe, set your own per-minute rate per client and keep the margin; Trillet says you "retain full ownership of the client relationship."
  • Native GoHighLevel, Google Calendar and Cal.com integrations, plus contract templates, onboarding workflows and sales scripts.

Watch for

  • Telephony bills on top of the $0.12 a minute AI rate unless you bring your own carrier.
  • Studio caps you at 3 client workspaces on a Trillet-hosted address; your domain and markup control need the $299 Agency plan.
  • Trillet's own healthcare, legal, finance and government solutions are not in the self-serve plans.

PriceStudio $99 a month (1,000 minutes), Agency $299 a month (3,000 minutes), Enterprise custom; then $0.12 a minute, with telephony from $0.014 a minute.

03 · Best for one all-inclusive per-minute rate and billing through your own Stripe

Autocalls

A no-code AI voice agent platform with an Agency White Label plan: "Your brand, your Stripe, your prices." Language models, ElevenLabs, Cartesia, Inworld and Azure voices and transcription are bundled into one per-minute rate.

Strengths

  • "Zero Autocalls branding visible to your clients," with your logo, colors, domain, branded emails and client portals.
  • Set your own plans, included minutes and overage, and bill through your own Stripe, with no revenue share.
  • A partner manager on Slack or WhatsApp, with migration support on the white label plan.

Watch for

  • Phone numbers cost extra and there is no free trial; usage and numbers are never refunded.
  • The 1,000 parallel call limit is shared across your account and every client sub-account.
  • Before you cancel, you export client data yourself; the page does not say whether numbers can move out.

PriceAgency White Label $419 a month with 3,500 minutes, then $0.09 a minute, with unlimited client sub-accounts and no setup fee. Numbers from $3.99 a month.

04 · Best for an agency that already builds on Vapi, Retell AI or ElevenLabs

VoiceAIWrapper

A white label layer that brings voice provider accounts, branded client portals and client billing into one workspace, running on its own VAW Native engine or on your own Vapi, Retell AI or ElevenLabs accounts.

Strengths

  • Your domain and logo on client portals, with VoiceAIWrapper and the voice provider kept out of the client's view, APIs and webhooks included.
  • Set your own per-minute price and bill through your own Stripe on both plans.
  • A native GoHighLevel marketplace app, plus HubSpot, Cal.com, n8n, Make and Zapier.

Watch for

  • It does not sell telephony; phone minutes bill through your own carrier.
  • Payments are non-refundable, and Pay as You Go charges usage from the start.
  • Its FAQ lists $29 a month for each connected Vapi or Retell account on bring-your-own-key.

PricePay as You Go from $0, with extra client accounts $20 a month; Scale $499 a month (70,000 credits, 20 client accounts); native calling about $0.07 to $0.31 a minute; telephony separate.

05 · Best for a low entry price on chat and voice agents together

Stammer AI

A white label platform that lets an agency "build, sell, and manage both chat-based AI agents and voice-based AI agents under your own brand." Clients prepay a wallet through your Stripe, and calls run on Twilio.

Strengths

  • On Pro, all Stammer branding comes off: your domain, logo, colors, signup pages and a white label API.
  • You set the price, and 100% of what clients load into their wallets goes to you.
  • A 1-on-1 onboarding call and daily live office hours on Pro.

Watch for

  • All usage draws from a prepaid agency wallet on top of the plan fee.
  • Bringing your own API keys skips usage costs for chat only; voice minutes are always billed by Stammer.
  • Each extra simultaneous call line costs $15 a month.

PricePro (White Label) $99 a month with 5 chat and 5 voice agents; voice $0.11 to $0.17 a minute by model. Standard ($49 a month) has no white label. Enterprise custom.

06 · Best for an agency that wants the agents built and run for it, under its name

Modern Mustard Seed(that's us)

That's us. Through our White Label Program, we build, test and run AI receptionists, voice agents, agentic systems and dashboards for your clients, under your agency's name. You set the price, you keep the client, and our name appears nowhere the client looks.

Strengths

  • We build and run each agent; you sell and keep the relationship, with no builder for your team to learn.
  • No license fee and no minimums.
  • If you ever leave, we hand you every agent's configuration, knowledge base and number, so your client never goes dark.

Watch for

  • Not a self-serve platform: each client is a build we do, with a test number you approve before it goes live.
  • No published wholesale price; the program terms come in writing after you apply.

PriceSet package pricing, in writing after you apply. No license fee and no minimums.

07 · Best for reselling a finished AI receptionist product under your brand

My AI Front Desk

Sells its own AI receptionist to small businesses and runs a white label reseller program: your logo, colors and login pages on your subdomain, with the receptionist building its knowledge base from the client's website and documents.

Strengths

  • "You own billing and the customer relationship. We power the product behind it," per its reseller page.
  • Set plans, free minutes and trials per client and bill through Stripe, or bill off-platform.
  • Recurring 1:1s with a My AI Front Desk team member for resellers.

Watch for

  • Both you and your client need available credits, or the client's receptionist stops.
  • Minutes past the free allocation are always charged, upfront.
  • Custom domains work on subdomains only.

PricePartner and Enterprise pricing is custom, set by monthly volume. A reseller tutorial dated November 5, 2025 lists $54.99 per receptionist; the current pricing page does not.

08 · Best for enterprise-scale voice AI on its own telephony

Synthflow

An enterprise voice AI platform that runs calls on its own managed infrastructure and gives agencies white-labeled client subaccounts: your name, logo, brand color and a custom domain in each client workspace.

Strengths

  • Each client gets its own subaccount drawing minutes from your pool.
  • Integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Twilio and Five9.
  • Partner onboarding, training and co-selling on qualified deals.

Watch for

  • Synthflow removed in-product reselling and its Stripe connection on September 15, 2026; you now invoice clients from your own billing system.
  • A client subaccount cannot be moved to another agency account.
  • Bringing a client's own carrier over SIP needs an Enterprise plan.

PriceNot published for agencies; partner packages are quoted by sales. Enterprise contracts start at $30,000 a year.

How we picked
  • We read each company's own white label, agency, pricing and help pages on October 26, 2026, and list only what they publish. Where a page contradicts another page from the same company, we say so.
  • We sorted by how much your agency builds and runs itself, from self-serve platforms to a done-for-you partner. The order is not a score.
  • We judged on what an agency needs before it puts its name on a product: how deep the white label goes, who sets the client price and sends the bill, what usage costs on top of the plan, and what happens to the client if you leave.
  • Modern Mustard Seed wrote this guide and runs a White Label Program. We are on the list, we say so, and every option gets the same space.
