The Agent Office / AI agents for your business

Clock out. Your crew clocks in.

We install a crew of Claude agents inside your business, each with one job, and run it for you every month. They answer, chase, sort and report through the night. Nothing a customer will read goes out until a person on your team says yes.

Built from the department library: 152 agents across 12 departments.

Talk with Sarah about this crew
  1. 01Sales

    Speed to Lead Responder

The first business to answer usually wins the work, at any hour.

Answers every new inbound lead within minutes, day or night, with a reply that confirms what they asked for, asks the one question needed to route them, and offers the next open time on the calendar.

  2. 02Customer Support

    Shared Inbox Triage

Nothing in the main inbox waits more than a business day for a person.

Sorts the shared customer inbox every morning and through the day: labels each message by type and urgency, drafts replies for the common cases, routes the rest to the right owner, and makes sure nothing sits unanswered past the response target.

  3. 03Sales

    Pipeline Manager

Every open deal has a next action, an owner and a date.

Keeps every open deal honest and moving: each opportunity has a next action, an owner and a date, stale deals get flagged, and the team starts each day with a ranked list of who to call and what to say.

  4. 04Sales

    Quote Follow-Up Agent

Unanswered quotes are the quietest leak in most small businesses.

Follows up on every sent quote or estimate on a set cadence, answers the common questions from the approved FAQ, surfaces the real objection, and tells the team which quotes need a personal call today.

  5. 05Reputation

    Review Request Manager

A steady, honest review base wins local search and the next sale.

Asks every customer for a review at the peak moment, such as a finished job, a solved problem or a thank-you message, with a direct link to the review form, the same ask for everyone, and no gating or incentives.

  6. 06Finance and Bookkeeping Support

    Invoice Follow-Up Agent

Cash collected on time without the owner chasing it.

Keeps receivables moving with polite, accurate reminders on a set schedule, answers simple billing questions from the invoice itself, and hands disputes and hardship cases to a person before anyone feels chased.

  7. 07Leadership and Chief of Staff

    Chief of Staff

One daily brief of what needs the owner, so nothing slips between tools.

Holds the whole picture so the owner only has to hold today: a one-screen daily brief of money, meetings, decisions waiting, what got done and what is stuck, ending in the three moves that matter most.

  8. 08Operations

    Agent Office Supervisor

Watches every installed agent: eval scores, failures, cost caps and fallbacks.

Watches the business's installed AI agents as a team: runs each agent's evals before and after every prompt or model change, tracks spend against the cost cap, catches failures and loops, confirms fallbacks work, and reports a plain weekly scorecard.

  9. An agent of your own

When a job in your week fits nothing in the library, we write a new agent for it from your Workflow Map, test it on your own examples, and it joins the crew.

Home Services and Trades

Trades win on speed, show-up reliability and reviews. Start where calls and estimates leak, then keep crews and cash moving.

11 agents in the Home Services and Trades pack, plus 152 across every department, to tailor from.

Talk with Sarah about this crew
  1. 01Customer Support

    Emergency Call Triage

Real emergencies reach the on-call tech after hours; everything else waits for morning.

Sorts after-hours and urgent calls for trades businesses by a written triage protocol: true emergencies wake the on-call technician, urgent jobs get the first slot tomorrow, and routine requests wait for the office, with safety instructions read word for word.

  2. 02Sales

    Estimate Request Intake

Estimators quote from photos and skip wasted trips.

Turns every estimate request into a complete job file before anyone drives out: address, scope in the homeowner's words, photos of the problem area, access notes and decision makers, so estimators quote from facts and skip wasted trips.

  3. 03Sales

    Speed to Lead Responder

Whoever answers first wins the trades job.

Answers every new inbound lead within minutes, day or night, with a reply that confirms what they asked for, asks the one question needed to route them, and offers the next open time on the calendar.

  4. 04Sales

    Quote Follow-Up Agent

Unanswered estimates are the biggest revenue leak in the trades.

Follows up on every sent quote or estimate on a set cadence, answers the common questions from the approved FAQ, surfaces the real objection, and tells the team which quotes need a personal call today.

  5. 05Scheduling and Dispatch

    Crew Daily Briefing

Cuts the morning calls from crews to the office.

Sends every crew lead a short morning briefing for their day: jobs in order, addresses, access notes, customer preferences, materials to load, permit status and anything that changed overnight, so nobody calls the office to ask.

  6. 06Operations

    Job Photo and Completion Report

Before and after proof protects warranty work and feeds future sales.

Builds the before, during and after record for every job from crew photos and notes, then drafts a clean completion report for the homeowner that shows exactly what was done, what was found and what to watch.

  7. 07Reputation

    Post-Job Review Request Timer

Review requests timed to the trade feed the map pack.

Asks for a review at the moment a trades customer is happiest, timed by trade and job type, and only after the job is truly closed with no open callbacks, using the direct review link and a note that mentions the actual work.

  8. 08Customer Support

    Maintenance Plan Renewal Agent

Recurring maintenance plan revenue gets renewed, not forgotten.

Keeps seasonal maintenance and service agreement members on the books: tracks which visits are due and done, schedules tune-ups before the season turns, and drafts renewal notes that show members what their plan actually did for them.

  9. 09Finance and Bookkeeping Support

    Invoice Follow-Up Agent

Cash gets collected after the job closes.

Keeps receivables moving with polite, accurate reminders on a set schedule, answers simple billing questions from the invoice itself, and hands disputes and hardship cases to a person before anyone feels chased.

  10. An agent of your own

When a job in your week fits nothing in the library, we write a new agent for it from your Workflow Map, test it on your own examples, and it joins the crew.

Starter crew / 8 agents

Restaurants and Hospitality

Guests judge the phone, the reservation and the recovery after a bad night. Start with tables, allergens and the review that just landed.

11 agents in the Restaurants and Hospitality pack, plus 152 across every department, to tailor from.

Talk with Sarah about this crew
  1. 01Scheduling and Dispatch

    Reservations and Waitlist Host

    Fills tables and cuts no-shows.

Takes reservation requests by phone, text and web, books only into real table inventory, runs the waitlist with honest quote times, and confirms and reminds guests so no-shows drop and the dining room fills.

  2. 02Customer Support

    Menu and Allergen Answer Desk

The highest-risk guest question gets answered from the allergen matrix only, never a guess.

Answers guest questions about the menu, ingredients and allergens strictly from the kitchen's current allergen matrix, says "I do not know, let me ask the kitchen" whenever the matrix is silent, and never guesses about an allergy.

  3. 03Customer Support

    Online Order Issue Desk

Takeout and delivery problems made right by the written policy.

Handles problems with takeout and delivery orders: missing items, wrong items, late deliveries and cold food. Matches the complaint to the order, applies the written make-it-right policy, and routes platform delivery issues to the right place.

  4. 04Reputation

    Guest Review Recovery Agent

Unhappy guests move to a private conversation before the next review.

Watches restaurant and hotel review sites, drafts replies in the owner's voice within a day, and turns unhappy guests into a private conversation with a manager, while feeding the kitchen and front of house the patterns behind the complaints.

  5. 05Sales

Private Events and Large Party Coordinator

Event and large party inquiries are high value and easy to lose.

Handles private dining and large party inquiries end to end before a manager steps in: captures date, headcount, budget style and needs, checks room availability, sends the right event packet, and keeps every inquiry moving to a signed event order.

  6. 06HR and Hiring

    Shift Swap Coordinator

Call-outs get covered by text within labor rules.

Runs restaurant shift swaps and call-out coverage by text: finds eligible staff for an open shift by role, certification and hours, keeps overtime and minor work hour rules in view, and puts the swap in front of a manager to approve.

  7. 07Compliance

    Health Inspection Readiness Checker

Daily food safety checks instead of a scramble before inspection.

Keeps a restaurant inspection-ready every day, not the week before: runs the daily and weekly food safety checklists, tracks temperature logs, certifications and pest control, and turns misses into fixes with owners and dates.

  8. 08Customer Support

    Phone Receptionist Tuner

Keeps the phone assistant accurate during the rush.

Keeps the business's AI phone receptionist accurate and pleasant: reads the live configuration, proposes prompt and tool changes from real call evidence, lints every change, and tests each changed call path before anything goes live.

  9. An agent of your own

When a job in your week fits nothing in the library, we write a new agent for it from your Workflow Map, test it on your own examples, and it joins the crew.

Medical and Dental Clinics

Safety and privacy first, then a full schedule. The triage router goes in before anything that talks to patients.

12 agents in the Medical and Dental Clinics pack, plus 152 across every department, to tailor from.

Talk with Sarah about this crew
  1. 01Customer Support

    Clinical Triage Router

The safety floor: every symptom message is routed by the clinic protocol, never diagnosed.

Routes patient symptom messages and calls by the practice's written protocol: emergencies to 911 guidance, urgent concerns to a clinician the same day, and routine questions to the right queue. It never diagnoses, never advises treatment, and never decides that something can wait.

  2. 02Scheduling and Dispatch

    Appointment Request Handler

Books the right visit type and slot length.

Handles appointment requests from the website, phone and portal for a clinic: matches the visit type to the right provider and slot length, books within the scheduling rules, and routes anything that sounds urgent to clinical triage instead of the next open slot.

  3. 03Customer Support

    New Patient Intake Coordinator

Charts are complete before the patient arrives.

Gets new patients from first call to a complete chart before the visit: collects demographics, insurance, reason for visit and history forms through the practice's secure portal, checks what is missing, and gives the front desk a ready list each morning.

  4. 04Finance and Bookkeeping Support

    Insurance Eligibility Prep

No coverage surprises at the front desk.

Checks insurance eligibility and benefits before each visit, records copay, deductible and coverage notes the front desk needs, and flags inactive plans or missing information days ahead so check-in is quick and patients are not surprised.

  5. 05Scheduling and Dispatch

    Recall and Hygiene Reminder Agent

Keeps hygiene and follow-up schedules full.

Keeps recall schedules full: finds patients due or overdue for cleanings, checkups and follow-ups by the practice's recall intervals, sends reminders that respect communication preferences, and offers real open times.

  6. 06Customer Support

    Front Desk Phone Agent Tuner

Weekly safety and privacy review of the phone assistant.

Reviews the clinic's phone assistant every week: reads call transcripts for missed bookings, privacy slips, wrong answers and triage failures, lints the configuration, and drafts specific fixes for staff to approve before anything changes.

  7. 07Finance and Bookkeeping Support

    Patient Billing Question Desk

Answers balance questions only after identity checks.

Answers patient questions about statements, insurance payments and balances from the billing record, explains in plain words what the explanation of benefits says, and routes disputes, hardship requests and payment plan questions to the billing team.

  8. 08Reputation

    Review Request Manager

Builds patient reviews within privacy and platform rules.

Asks every customer for a review at the peak moment, such as a finished job, a solved problem or a thank-you message, with a direct link to the review form, the same ask for everyone, and no gating or incentives.

11 agents in the Legal Practices pack, plus 152 across every department, to tailor from.

Talk with Sarah about this crew
  1. 01Sales

Legal Intake and Conflict Check Prep

Screens inquiries and prepares the conflict check without giving advice.

Takes new inquiries for a law firm, captures the facts an attorney needs to decide whether to consult, collects every party name for the conflict check, and screens against the firm's practice areas, without giving legal advice or suggesting the firm represents anyone.

  2. 02Compliance

    Court and Statutory Deadline Tracker

Calendaring support that an attorney verifies.

Supports the firm's docketing: extracts dates from court orders, notices and filings, proposes calendar entries with reminder chains, and holds every entry as unverified until a responsible attorney confirms the calculation.

  3. 03Scheduling and Dispatch

    Consultation Scheduler

    Books only conflict-cleared prospects.

Books consultations for screened and conflict-cleared prospective clients with the right attorney, collects the documents the attorney wants to see first, sends the consultation terms the firm uses, and confirms and reminds.

  4. 04Sales

    Engagement Letter Preparer

No work starts before a signed engagement letter.

Prepares engagement letters from the firm's approved templates once an attorney decides to take a matter: fills in client, scope, exclusions and the agreed fee structure exactly as the attorney specified, and tracks signature and retainer status before any work begins.

  5. 05Operations

    Client Document Collection Chaser

Client files get completed without staff chasing by hand.

Gets clients to send the documents their matter needs: sends a clear checklist through the client portal, tracks what arrived, explains in plain words what each document is, and follows up politely until the file is complete.

  6. 06Customer Support

    Matter Status Update Drafter

Answers the most common client complaint: not hearing back.

Drafts plain-language status updates for clients from the matter record: what happened since the last update, what happens next, what the client needs to do, and when they will hear again, for the attorney to review and send.

  7. 07Scheduling and Dispatch

    Client Court Date Reminder Agent

Clients show up to court, on time, with what they need.

Makes sure clients show up to court and depositions prepared: sends reminders with the verified date, time, place, what to bring and what to wear, confirms attendance, and alerts the attorney at once if a client says they cannot make it.

  8. 08Sales

    Speed to Lead Responder

Answers inquiries first, with the non-engagement disclaimer.

Answers every new inbound lead within minutes, day or night, with a reply that confirms what they asked for, asks the one question needed to route them, and offers the next open time on the calendar.

  9. An agent of your own

When a job in your week fits nothing in the library, we write a new agent for it from your Workflow Map, test it on your own examples, and it joins the crew.

Real Estate

Agents win on response time and lose on missed contract dates. Start at both ends of the deal. For property management, swap in the maintenance, rental inquiry and tenant screening agents for the open house and listing writer.

12 agents in the Real Estate pack, plus 152 across every department, to tailor from.

Talk with Sarah about this crew
  1. 01Sales

  2. 02Sales

Seller Lead and Valuation Request Intake

Turns value requests into appointments without stating a value.

  3. 03Scheduling and Dispatch

    Showing Scheduler

Keeps showing logistics and access rules straight.

Schedules property showings across buyers, buyer agents, sellers and occupants: checks listing showing instructions, requests and confirms windows, builds efficient showing routes for buyer tours, and collects feedback afterward.

  4. 04Operations

    Transaction Deadline Tracker

  5. 05Compliance

    Transaction Document Checklist Chaser

Files are ready for broker review before closing.

Keeps each transaction file complete for broker review: tracks required disclosures, signatures and initials on every page, and missing documents by transaction type, and chases agents and parties until the file passes compliance before closing.

  6. 06Marketing

    Fair Housing Listing Description Writer

Listing copy that passes the fair housing check.

Writes listing descriptions, feature sheets and social captions from the agent's notes and photos that describe the property, not the people who should live there, and checks every line against fair housing guidance before the agent reviews it.

  7. 07Marketing

    Past Client Nurture Agent

Repeat business and referrals from past clients.

Keeps the brokerage in touch with past clients in ways they value: home anniversary notes, an annual home value review offer, useful local updates, and quick personal check-ins, so referrals and repeat business come back without spam.

  9. 09Sales

    Pipeline Manager

Churches and Ministries

A church grows when guests are followed up, people in need are cared for confidentially, and children are safe. Safety and care go in first; the agents never add doctrine.

12 agents in the Churches and Ministries pack, plus 152 across every department, to tailor from.

Talk with Sarah about this crew
  1. 01Customer Support

    First-Time Guest Follow-Up

Guest follow-up is where most churches lose new people.

Makes sure every first-time guest hears from a real person at the church within days of their visit: a warm welcome note, an answer to anything they asked on the connect card, and one easy next step, without pressure or a sales tone.

  2. 02Customer Support

    Prayer Request Intake

Confidential care routing from day one, never counseling.

Receives prayer requests from forms, texts and cards, protects their confidentiality, sorts each one by who may see it, and routes urgent or pastoral needs to the right person the same day. It never counsels and never shares a request beyond what the person allowed.

  3. 03Compliance

Child Check-In and Safety Policy Steward

Child safety comes before anything else scales.

Keeps children's ministry safe and in line with the church's written child protection policy: watches check-in and pickup procedures, ratios, background check and training expiry, incident reports and allergy alerts, and never relaxes a safety rule for convenience.

    Ministry Volunteer Scheduler

Sunday coverage without burning out the same few people.

  5. 05Operations

Sermon Series and Service Planning Helper

Gives the pastor back preparation time, quoting scripture only from the source.

Helps the pastor and worship team plan sermon series and weekly services: lines up dates with the church calendar and liturgical seasons, pulls exact scripture text from the connector, builds the run sheet, and keeps every team on the same order of service.

  6. 06Marketing

    Bulletin and Announcements Editor

    One weekly communication done right.

Collects ministry announcements each week, edits them into a clean bulletin, slides and email newsletter in the church voice, keeps the most important items first, and holds back anything private or unapproved.

  7. 07Finance and Bookkeeping Support

Giving Statement and Donor Thank-You Preparer

Accurate giving statements and prompt thank-yous; it never handles funds.

Prepares annual and on-request giving statements from the church giving records, drafts thank-you notes for first gifts and significant gifts, and reconciles donor names and addresses, without ever touching funds, bank details or giving amounts in public.

  8. 08Customer Support

    FAQ Answer Desk

  2. 02Customer Support

    Returns and Exchanges Desk

Consistent policy, and returns turned into exchanges where the customer wants one.

Handles return and exchange requests exactly by the store policy: checks eligibility and window, issues the right instructions, prefers an exchange when the customer wants one, and sends refunds, exceptions and suspected abuse to a person.

  3. 03Operations

    Inventory Sync and Stockout Watcher

Stops selling what is not on the shelf.

  8. 08IT and Security Hygiene

    Email Deliverability Guard

Order and shipping email has to land in the inbox.

Keeps business email landing in inboxes, not spam: checks the domain authentication records, reads the DMARC reports for anyone sending as the business, watches bounce and complaint rates, and catches a forgotten tool sending mail without permission.

Talk with Sarah about this crew
  1. 01Sales

    Trial and Intro Offer Follow-Up

  6. 06Scheduling and Dispatch

    Reminder and Confirmation Agent

    Scope of Work Drafter

Clear set-package scopes with included and not included spelled out.

Drafts statements of work for set-price packages: deliverables, what is included and excluded, milestones, client responsibilities, acceptance and the rule that adjustments to what was built are included, so the engagement is clear before it starts.

  3. 03Operations

    Client Onboarding Questionnaire Builder

Signed to started quickly, with access collected.

Builds a tailored onboarding questionnaire and access checklist for each new client from the signed scope, chases missing answers and access politely, and tells the project lead exactly what is blocking kickoff.

  4. 04Customer Support

    Client Status Report Writer

Clients never have to ask where things stand.

Writes the weekly or biweekly client status report: what shipped, what is next, decisions needed from the client, risks, and progress against milestones, pulled from the project tool and written in plain language a busy client reads in two minutes.

  5. 05Operations

    Client Work Deadline Tracker

    No missed hard dates.

Tracks hard external deadlines in client work such as filing dates, launch dates, regulatory submissions, event dates and contract renewals, works back to internal due dates, and warns the team early enough to act.

  6. 06Leadership and Chief of Staff

    Retainer Health Monitor

Early warning before a retainer client leaves.

Watches every retainer client for health: delivery against what the retainer promises, response times, client engagement, open issues and payment status, and gives leadership an early warning with the evidence before a client drifts away.

  7. 07Sales

    Pipeline Manager

    No deal dies of neglect.

Keeps every open deal honest and moving: each opportunity has a next action, an owner and a date, stale deals get flagged, and the team starts each day with a ranked list of who to call and what to say.

  8. 08Finance and Bookkeeping Support

    Invoice Follow-Up Agent

Cash collected on time without awkward chasing.

Keeps receivables moving with polite, accurate reminders on a set schedule, answers simple billing questions from the invoice itself, and hands disputes and hardship cases to a person before anyone feels chased.

  9. An agent of your own

When a job in your week fits nothing in the library, we write a new agent for it from your Workflow Map, test it on your own examples, and it joins the crew.

Starter crew / 8 agents

Nonprofits

Nonprofits run on donor trust and funder promises. Thank fast, keep donors, find eligible grants, and never miss a report.

12 agents in the Nonprofits pack, plus 152 across every department, to tailor from.

  1. 01Finance and Bookkeeping Support

    Donor Thank-You and Acknowledgment Letters

Prompt thanks and complete acknowledgment records.

Sends every donor a prompt, personal thank-you and the written acknowledgment the organization requires for its records, with the exact receipt language the finance lead approved, the right gift details, and a specific line about what the gift does.

  2. 02Marketing

Donor Retention and Lapsed Donor Outreach

Keeping a donor costs far less than finding a new one.

Keeps donors giving year after year: spots donors who have not renewed, tells them what their past giving accomplished, invites them back with a specific need, and keeps first-time donors from becoming one-time donors.

  3. 03Finance and Bookkeeping Support

    Grant Prospect Researcher

Only grants the organization is actually eligible for.

Finds grant opportunities that fit the organization's programs and eligibility, from federal listings and foundation sources, reads the eligibility and deadlines carefully, and delivers a ranked shortlist with the reasons each one fits or does not.

  4. 04Compliance

    Grant Report and Deadline Tracker

Every funder promise kept on time.

Tracks every awarded grant's obligations: interim and final reports, spending deadlines, outcome measures promised in the application, and restrictions on use, and prepares report drafts from program data so no funder obligation is missed.

  5. 05HR and Hiring

    Volunteer Recruitment and Onboarding

    Screened volunteers who show up.

Brings in and onboards volunteers: posts clear role descriptions, answers inquiries, screens for required checks on roles with vulnerable people, schedules orientation, and tracks each volunteer from interest to first shift.

  6. 06Customer Support

    Recurring Giving Desk

Protects monthly giving from failed cards and lapses.

Looks after monthly donors: welcomes new sustainers, catches failed payments and asks donors to update their card through the secure link, answers questions about changing or pausing gifts, and makes cancelling as easy as starting.

  7. 07Leadership and Chief of Staff

    Board Meeting Packet Preparer

Board packets on time, every meeting.

Assembles the board packet for each meeting: agenda, prior minutes, financial statements from the finance lead, committee reports, program dashboard and decisions requested, sent on time so directors can read before they vote.

  8. 08Finance and Bookkeeping Support

    Cash Position Reporter

Leadership knows the cash truth every week.

Gives the owner one honest screen on money each week: what came in, what is owed to the business, what went out, what is due soon, and the three money moves worth making this week, with every number pulled fresh from its source.

  9. An agent of your own

When a job in your week fits nothing in the library, we write a new agent for it from your Workflow Map, test it on your own examples, and it joins the crew.

02 / How it works

From your week to a working crew.

Five stages, each with a signature, so nothing goes live that you have not seen. Managed for you, end to end.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Two recorded conversations: one with you, one with whoever does the work. We walk your week, list every tool you use, and collect real examples of the work: the emails, quotes, invoices and reviews. Every task becomes a card on your Workflow Map.

    You sign the Workflow Map

  2. 02

    Tailoring

We match your map against our library and shape a crew around it. Each agent gets a charter: its one job, the tools and data it may touch, what it must never do, when it hands to a person, and the number it is measured on.

You sign the Crew Sheet and the Authority Matrix

  3. 03

    Rehearsal

The crew works your real triggers in a rehearsal lane, and every draft is compared with what your people actually did. No agent leaves rehearsal until it passes tests built from your own past examples.

    We sign the rehearsal report

  4. 04

    Go-live

Agents go live one at a time, the most reliable first. Your approvals inbox opens, and the first morning brief lands at the start of your day.

    You say go

  5. 05

    Monthly results

Every month we tune the crew, test every agent again, and send a results report with plain numbers against the baseline from discovery. We review it before it reaches you, then walk you through it on a short call.

    We review every report first

Every month

The results report

One page, one email. Plain numbers with sources. No vanity metrics, no letter grades.

Work done
Runs completed, items handled per workflow, and how many drafts you approved as written, edited or declined.
Outcomes
The one number each agent is measured on, against your own baseline from before we started.
Reliability
Scheduled runs against completed runs, every incident, and what now stops it from happening again.
Quality
Each agent’s test score this month against last, with new tests added from real misses.
Spend
Your AI usage for the month against the cap you set, read from your own account.
Next month
The one or two changes we are making, and why.

03 / Guardrails

Agents propose. People approve.

Before anything goes live, you sign an Authority Matrix: which actions each agent may take on its own, which wait for a person, and which it may never touch.

Quote Follow-Up Agent drafted a reply

Hi Dana, checking in on the deck estimate we sent Tuesday. Happy to walk the plan with you on site this week if that helps. Which afternoon suits you?

An example draft. Nothing sends until someone taps Approve.
  • Says it is an AI when asked. Every agent that speaks to a customer discloses what it is.

  • Never makes a promise you did not approve. No unapproved price, no discount, no guarantee, no timeline.

  • Tested every week. Every agent reruns its tests weekly, and every real miss becomes a new test within two days.

  • Watched every day. A watchdog checks that every expected run happened, and tells you in the brief when one did not.

  • Spend has a ceiling. Usage runs in your own account under a cap you set, so a runaway agent stops at the limit.

04 / Stewardship

We run it. You own it.

Managed for you, end to end: we build the crew, run it, tune it and report on it every month, and changes to what we built are included. Every piece of it lives in your own accounts from the first day, so ownership is never something you have to ask for.

It lives in your accounts

Your Anthropic account
The agents, their schedules, the credential vault and every transcript. Your card pays for usage directly, with no markup from us.
Your database
Your Workflow Map, approvals, results and audit log live in a database project in your name.
Your Desk
The approvals inbox, morning brief and results page, on your own subdomain. The code sits in your repository.
Your tools
Every connection to your email, calendar and software is authorized by you, and you can revoke any of them in one click.

  2. 02

    Transfer

The Desk code and its hosting move to your own accounts.

  3. 03

You remove our access. We never held a long-lived key, so there is nothing of yours to rotate.

  4. 04

    Runbook

A plain operating manual: what runs when, how to pause an agent, how to change a charter, how to read a test.

The crew keeps running through all four steps. You can leave without anything stopping.

05 / Proof

We run on our own crew.

Modern Mustard Seed is two people. Sarah Scarano builds; Anthony Scarano runs sales and marketing. Behind us, 64 specialist agents and Mr. Mustard, our chief of staff, draft, check and chase under the same rule we install for you: they propose, we approve. 59 of the templates in your library were learned on that crew first.

06 / Questions

Asked and answered.

Do the agents act on their own?

They read and draft on their own. Anything a customer will read, and anything that moves money, deletes a record or posts in public, waits in your approvals inbox until a named person on your team says yes. You sign which actions sit at which level before anything goes live.

Who owns the agents and the data?

You do, from the first day. The agents run in your own Anthropic account, your data sits in a database project in your name, and every tool is connected with your own consent. We manage it all for you, end to end, from inside the access you grant us.

What happens if we want to run it ourselves?

Hand Off any time. You export everything with one button, the Desk moves to your accounts, you remove our access, and we write you a runbook. The crew keeps running the whole way through.

Which industries do you build crews for?

We keep tested starter crews for Home Services and Trades, Restaurants and Hospitality, Medical and Dental Clinics, Legal Practices, Real Estate, Churches and Ministries, Retail and E-commerce, Fitness and Wellness Studios, Professional Services and Agencies, Nonprofits, plus a starter for any business. Every crew is tailored from there to how your business actually runs.

What does it cost?

The Agent Office is a set package with one fixed price, agreed after a conversation with Sarah and written into a proposal before any work starts. Your AI usage is billed by Anthropic straight to your own account, under a cap you set. Changes to what we built are always included.

Who runs it month to month?

We do. Sarah Scarano builds and runs every crew, and Anthony Scarano leads sales and marketing. Each month we tune the crew, test every agent, and send you a results report we have reviewed ourselves.

The next step is a conversation

Let’s build your crew.

Tell Sarah how your week runs and where the work piles up. We will show you which crew fits, what it would own, and what stays with your people.
