Review Reactivation

The reviews you already earned, finally posted.

Your past customers already like you. Most were never asked. We reach every one of them in your voice, by email and by text where they agreed to it, and ask for the Google review they meant to leave. Then we answer every review that comes in.

How it works

  1. Step 01

    We pull the list

Every past customer from your invoices, booking software, CRM or a plain spreadsheet. We clean it, remove duplicates and scrub it against anyone who has opted out.

  2. Step 02

    We ask in your voice

A short, personal note to each customer, spaced over a few days so it never reads like a blast. Email for everyone, and a text for anyone who agreed to hear from you that way. One tap opens your Google review form.

  3. Step 03

    We answer every review

Each new review gets a reply written in your voice. Anyone who writes back with a concern comes straight to you the same day, so you can make it right.

Why it moves the needle

When someone searches for what you do, Google, Maps and AI assistants lean on your reviews: how many, how recent and how good. The fastest way to more of them is not new customers. It is the ones you already served, who would have said yes if anyone had asked.

What you get

  • Your past-customer list, cleaned and scrubbed
  • The message set, written in your voice for text and email
  • The sends, spaced over several days
  • Your direct Google review link and a counter card with its QR code
  • A reply to every new review, ready to post or posted for you
  • A weekly tally of new reviews and your rating
  • A standing ask after every new job, so the count keeps climbing

The rules we keep

Everyone gets the same link

We never filter who is asked or where they are sent. That is Google’s rule and ours.

No rewards for reviews

No discounts, gifts or entries in exchange for a review. An honest ask is what works.

Texts only with consent

We text only customers who agreed to receive texts from you, from a number registered to your business. Every text says how to stop, and everyone else gets email.

Common questions

What is review reactivation?

Most of your happy customers were never asked for a review, or were asked once in a rush at the end of the job. Review reactivation goes back to every past customer with a personal note in your voice and a one-tap link to your Google review form, then keeps asking after every new job.

Does this follow Google’s review policy?

Yes. Every customer gets the same request and the same link, nobody is filtered out, and there is no reward for leaving a review. Those are the lines Google draws, and we stay well inside them.

What do you need from me?

An export of your past customers with names and an email or phone number, a note on which of them agreed to receive texts, and access to your Google Business Profile if you want us to post the replies. If you want texts, we register your business with the phone carriers first; that approval takes about two to three weeks, and email goes out in the meantime.

What happens if a customer is unhappy?

Their reply comes to you the same day, not to the internet. You get the chance to make it right, and we help you write the answer.

What does it cost?

Review reactivation is a set package price, quoted privately once we know the size of your list. Refinements to the messages are included.

Your customers are waiting to be asked.

Send us a note about your business and roughly how many past customers you have. Sarah replies within one business day with a set package price.
