Your brand has a website. You need one that’s yours.

The brand’s site sells the brand, and the page it gives you is a template it controls. We build independent agents, franchise owners and dealers a site of their own: readable by Google, Bing and ChatGPT, in English and Spanish, with your brand’s rules built in so a page that breaks one never goes live.

Free, and yours to keep. Nobody calls you unless you ask.

Built for people who sell under someone else’s name

  • Insurance agents
  • Agents at a brokerage
  • Franchise owners
  • Travel advisors
  • Authorized dealers
Why buyers don’t find you

Three walls between you and the people searching.

The big one

Your agent page is a template.

A photo, a phone number and a few fields, on a layout the brand sets and in words the brand writes. You cannot add the answers your own clients need, and the page shares most of its words with every page like it. Google says what happens next:

“Often called deduplication, this process helps Google show only one version of the otherwise duplicate content in its search results.”

The brand’s site sells the brand.

It ranks for the brand’s name and the brand’s products. It cannot say who you are, where you work, or answer a buyer the way you would.

Some brands shut the engines out.

On November 1, 2026, ringana.com, ringana.us and one of its partner shops all answered robots.txt with disallow: /, which asks every crawler to read nothing. The answers leaned on other people’s blogs, Reddit and Instagram instead. A block that complete is rare: all 18 well-known brands that work through agents, franchisees and dealers whose file loaded that evening let the search crawlers in.

What we build

A site of your own, built to be read and built to the rules.

It is our Your New Website package, with Answer Engine Visibility Starter and Google Profile and Reviews included. One set price, agreed in writing before we build.

Talk With Us About It
  1. Your brand’s rules, built in as checks.

We read your agreement and brand guidelines before we write a word. Every rule a page can be checked against becomes a check the site runs before it publishes: the required disclaimer, your title and license details where your state asks for them, approved logos only, no prices where the brand forbids them, no claims the rules do not allow. A page that breaks one never goes live.

  2. Readable by Google, Bing and ChatGPT.

Your name, title and town as plain text on the first screen. Answers to the questions your buyers ask. Structured data that ties your name to your title and your brand. Crawlers let in, a sitemap, and the site verified in Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.

  3. English and Spanish on every page.

A switch at the top of every page, and each Spanish page written to be found in Spanish search. Never a translation widget.

  4. Every quote and order through the brand.

Your brand’s quote tool, booking link or official shop sits behind every button, so the work is credited to you. We never build a store beside it.

  5. Accessible to everyone.

Built to WCAG 2.2 AA: screen readers, keyboards, larger text, and a still version of anything that moves.

  6. Yours, and run for you.

The domain is registered in your name, and the site and every account are yours. We host, monitor and improve it, and changes to what we built are always included.

The products page of the partner site we built: the headline The whole range, a line saying every product is shown in the brand’s own words with every full ingredient list, and a flat lay of flowers, oats and cucumber
sarahscarano.com/ringana, the products page. 102 pages in four languages.
The proof · Our own build

We proved it on a brand that blocks every crawler.

Sarah Scarano, who designs and builds every site here, sells under a brand too: RINGANA, a skincare company whose own websites ask every search engine to stay out. So the site we built is the readable copy of the brand’s US range: 102 pages, with a page for every product in the brand’s words, a blog that answers buyers first, twelve checks on every page before it publishes, and structured data that ties the name to the title, in English, Spanish, German and Italian.

Measured, never promised

Every month, we ask the engines about you.

What we measure

  • The searches your buyers type, on page one of Google and Bing
  • The same questions asked of ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google’s AI Overviews
  • Whether each engine connects your name to your title and your brand
  • The share of answers that cite your site, with the engine and the date

What we never do

  • Promise a rank, a client or an income
  • Buy links, swap links or build a network of copied sites
  • Write, script or buy reviews
  • Say anything your brand’s rules or your license do not allow
Free, and yours to keep

See where you stand before you change a thing.

Send us the name you do business under and the page you send buyers to now. We read your site the way Google and ChatGPT read it, check your Google profile and your reviews, and ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity what they say about you. The full report comes to your inbox.

  • Your site, read the way a crawler reads it
  • Your Google profile and reviews, graded
  • What ChatGPT and Gemini say when buyers ask

Where should we send it?

No card. No call unless you ask. Your email is used to send your report, and that is all.

Agents and owners ask us

Can I have my own website if my brand already gives me an agent page?

That is your brand’s call, and it is written down. We read your agreement and brand guidelines on websites, domain names, logos, required disclaimers, licensing details and advertising before we build, and where your brand reviews a site before it goes live, we hand you the finished site for that review.

Will a website of my own get me more clients?

We don’t promise clients, sales or income, and nobody honestly can. What we build is a site that Google, Bing and ChatGPT can read and quote, and we measure whether they do: the same buyer questions every month, each result recorded with its engine and its date.

Do quotes, bookings and orders still go through my brand?

Yes. Every quote, booking or shop button goes to your brand’s own tool or your official link, so the work is credited to you. We never build a store or a quote engine beside it.

Which of my brand’s rules can you build into the site?

Any rule a page can be checked against: a required disclaimer on every page, your title as the brand writes it, license numbers where your state asks for them, approved logos and photos only, no prices or discounts where the brand forbids them, no claims the rules do not allow, and links only where the rules allow them. The site runs every check before a page publishes, and a page that fails one does not go live.

Is the site in Spanish too?

Yes. Every page is in English and Spanish, with a switch at the top, and each Spanish page is written to be found in Spanish search. Our own partner site runs in four languages.

How is it priced?

One set package price, agreed in writing before we build. It is our Your New Website package, with Answer Engine Visibility Starter and Google Profile and Reviews included. Changes to what we built are always included, and the price comes in a private proposal after one conversation.

Who owns the site?

You do. The domain is registered in your name, and the site and every account are yours. We run it for you unless you would rather run it yourself.

Do you work with agents and owners outside Montana?

Yes. Our studio is in Kalispell, Montana, and we build for clients across the United States.
